Comprehensive UI/UX for a mobile app
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer for a mobile app. This project will receive tons of bids and most of you will place the default: "We do web development... Chat with us so we can talk more...bla bla bla" and you will not even have read this project detail. So I will include some questions below and only the true, experienced and professional designers will take the time to read the description, the questions and answer them.
1. How many mobile app projects have you worked on before for the UI/UX part?
2. What is the different between UI and UX? and which one do you do?
3. What tools/platforms do you use for doing your UI/UX design?
4. Do you have a template form / questionnaire that you send to your customer to gather their thoughts and requirements?
5. What design steps do you take to deliver such design work?
6. Are you a careful designer that make sure every single design component is named correctly, logically and relevant to the app screens/features/components instead of doing COPY & PASTE?
7. Do you design your work such that they can also be played in mobile view or web view and the components are actually interactive? ( such that we can visualize how the effects work, and the screens are ordered?)
8. This is a mobile app design project. Do you include COMPREHENSIVE app screenshots for AppStore and GooglePlay? (Tell me how many types of screen shots are required for Appstore and GooglePlay. If you don't know this answer, that means you haven't designed UI/UX for a mobile app before)
9. Do you provide infinite revision support service?
10. Do you get frustrated if customers keep changing requirements?
11. In your design, do you try to actually include relevant / more real-life type of pictures, videos and text? Or do you just Google and find some random images and COPY & PASTE "Lorem ipsum...bla bla" text?
12. Do you use any copy-right'd work for icons and vectors? Or where do you get your assets from?
13. Why should we hire you?
14. How fast can you work?
15. Do you have multiple projects ongoing? Do you have full-time bandwidth to work on our design work?
You will have to sign NDA to look at the app requirement documentation. The requirement document includes details on the app, user stories, UI/UX design considerations...etc. So you will read, ask any questions for clarifications, answer my questions above and then send me your Estimated Time + Price.
And no, I do NOT care if you do WEB SITE DEVELOPMENT. Because this is MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT. I already have an app development team so don't tell me you develop mobile apps -- because I am not interested in it.
