Comprehensive Wireframe Design

As the client, I'm seeking a creative and experienced wireframe designer to help me visualize the layout and structure of my project. My needs stretch slightly beyond the norm as I don't only want to determine the user flow and identify key functionality, but I also have a requirement for a realistic representation of the final product.

With the project to cover less than 5 pages, I'm expecting not just basic structural layouts but rather, realistic wireframes of what the final product might look like +/- some features.
