Complete UX/UI Overhaul for Cross-Platform App

We are looking for a talented UX/UI designer to redesign our existing app and create a new admin panel in Figma. Our project is working well, so we don’t want major changes in functionality—just improvements in the look and feel. You’ll also be designing a website that mirrors the app's features, similar to pepper.pl, but with a different design.
Important:
We've had issues with previous teams not responding, so timely communication is key. We need someone who replies to comments in Figma and stays in touch throughout the project.
Job Scope:
Redesign the app UI: Make it look better, but keep the current structure.
Design an admin panel: We'll provide more details about the features.
Website design: Mirror the app's functionality.
Requirements:
Experience with Figma for UX/UI design.
Ability to communicate and respond to comments.
