Complete Figma Design for Web & Mobile

I am looking for a seasoned Figma designer to assist with end-to-end design for both a website and mobile application. I require a designer who can create:

- Wireframes: Conceptualize the layout and functionality of the app and website.
- High-fidelity mockups: Transform wireframes into detailed, high-quality designs.
- Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes that demonstrate user flows and interactions.

Please note, I do not have any existing design guidelines or brand assets. Therefore, I will need complete design creation from scratch.
