I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a web-based, two-way video interviewing software, which includes AI for automated interviewing processes.

Key Features:
- Automated Interviewing: The software should be able to handle the entire interviewing process on its own, including asking questions and processing responses, all in real-time.
- Video Recording: The software should record the entire interview for both archival and review purposes.

User Interface:
The user interface for the software should be simple and intuitive, ensuring that it can be easily navigated and understood by both interviewers and interviewees.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in web development, with experience in AI integration
- Strong understanding of video streaming and recording technologies
- UI/UX design experience, particularly in creating simple and intuitive interfaces
