Key Features:
- Automated Interviewing: The software should be able to handle the entire interviewing process on its own, including asking questions and processing responses, all in real-time.
- Video Recording: The software should record the entire interview for both archival and review purposes.

User Interface:
The user interface for the software should be simple and intuitive, ensuring that it can be easily navigated and understood by both interviewers and interviewees.

Ideal Skills:
