UX/UI Audit & Usability Check for Marketplace vnedrah.com

I'm seeking a seasoned UX/UI designer to perform an audit and usability check on our marketplace, vnedrah.com. The main goal of this project is to enhance the site's usability, thereby improving its conversion rate and sales.

Key Aspects for Audit:
- Navigation and site structure: Evaluate the ease with which users can move through the site, find what they need, and understand where they are.
- Search functionality: Test how intuitive and effective the search feature is in helping users locate products.
- Product listing and detail pages: Assess how well our product pages are designed, whether they provide sufficient information and are easy to interact with.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience with marketplace design is a must.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions.

аудит необходим по причине неработающей рекламы. Яндекс.Директ настроен профессионалом и стоимость клика низкая, но конверсия крайне мала. Пологаю, у нас есть проблемы с юзабилити сайта, которые не дают нам рекламироваться в плюс

возможно лучше сначала Я.Директ посмотреть, т.к. если стоимость клика низкая, а конкуренция не позволяет этого, то возможна просадка по позициям, отчего нас ЦА не видит, получается мало переходов и в большинстве случаев нецелевые, поэтому нет и конверсии
