App concept and prototype

I need a senior UI/UX developer that can be provided a concept, understand it and build out a webapp and mobile app UI in three days. We want someone that can think through the concept and improve our original design. We don’t want some one that needs us to dictate exactly what each screen looks like - otherwise we’d simply prototype this ourselves. NDA required.
