App Development

I'm looking to develop an app for both iOS and Android platforms. I have a rough idea of what I'm looking for in terms of design, but would need help with further development. This app will be focused on education and elearning. I'm looking for a talented wireframing expert / UI/UX designer who can design the app as per my needs. The benefits of the app should be also taken into consideration, which may include improved user experience, creating a lasting impact, and drawing attention from a wide number of users. This person should also have the expertise to effectively provide testing and maintenance post-deployment. Finally, this person should be able to deliver within the given deadline.
