App Design / Theme - Overall Visual Improvements Required.

I'm looking for a talented Graphic UI/UX Designer / to help improve the overall theme of my app. The project involves making design improvement to the app's appearance in both dark and light themes.
Some screenshots of our app are attached to this project – these are some of the pages + overall App theme we are looking to improve.
Ideal person will replicate our app in “Adobe XD” and work with me to make visual improvements to the overall theme. Bonus points if freelancer is able to provide specific CSS styles/classes that we can drop into our code.
Any recommendations of Fonts / Colors / Contrasts / Spacing / Gradients / etc to improve the overall visual appeal of our app is what we are focused on doing with this project.
We need to ensure that the overall design improvements look good on both IOS and Android as well as both Dark & Light themes.

Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in designing for both light and dark themes.
- A strong portfolio showcasing app design.

Attached are what our dark theme looks like currently - We would like to improve this look as well as have a "light mode" alternative.

We can provide an APK for Android or a Testflight link to IOS so that you can actually try the App to assist in your designs. We also can provide video of the app if preferred - anything you need to help improve the overall design / readability of the app.
