APP DESIGNER WANTED TO MODERNIZE EXISTING DESIGN. No bids from South Asia

I need an existing app design (figma) to be modernized and made more 'contemporary' (if that word confuses you that is a sign NOT to bid) This is a full existing design. If you are interested please send me images of android app UIs you have created before so that I can see if we are a good match. This is a very simple app, budget for modifications $50. PREFER BIDS FROM THE AMERICAS, EUROPE AND AUSTRALIA. Will not accept bids from regions with high prevalence of copyright violations.
