QA for Reseller App - No Skills needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I have a reseller-focused automation web app with a companion Chrome extension that’s almost ready for wider release. Before that happens I need a thorough usability pass that looks at every screen, click path, and error message purely from a reseller’s perspective.
Your task is to install the extension, work through onboarding, product sourcing, listing, and any daily workflow a typical reseller would follow, then flag every point of friction. Labels that aren’t clear, buttons that feel out of place, flows that require too many steps - anything that could slow a user down or make the interface less intuitive - should be noted and illustrated.
Please begin by outlining a brief test plan so we agree on coverage. After running the sessions, deliver:
• A concise issue log with steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behaviour, and severity
• Annotated screenshots or short Loom clips for each finding
• A retest confirmation once fixes are deployed
Feel free to use Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse audits, BrowserStack, or any other usability-testing toolkit you prefer; just let me know which tools were used so I can replicate results if needed. Access credentials and quick feedback will be provided promptly to keep the process moving.
