My WordPress site is live-ready; before I open the doors I need a fresh set of expert eyes to walk the full customer journey and tell me, in plain language, what works and what doesn’t.

Scope of what you will explore
• Checkout process – from cart to confirmation, every click and notice.
• Navigation ease – menu logic, internal links, mobile flow.
• Overall design – consistency, spacing, typography, colour use.

Tools and features to be stress-tested
• Forms and submissions (newsletter, enquiries, sign-ups).
• Interactive elements (sliders, accordions, pop-ups, quizzes).
• Multimedia content (video, audio, high-res images).

Pages demanding special attention
• Homepage for first-impression polish.
• Product pages for clarity and conversion cues.
• Contact page for seamless reach-out.

Deliverable
A concise report that lists:
1. Issues or friction points (with page URLs or step numbers).
2. Suggested CSS or WordPress tweaks to resolve them.
3. Quick-win improvements versus longer-term refinements.
Screenshots, short clips or annotated images are welcome whenever they help illustrate a point.

Technical note
Please keep edits in a child theme or supply CSS snippets separately; no live changes are required at this stage. WordPress admin access can be granted temporarily if you need to reproduce a bug.
