Website UX Optimization
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need my existing site to feel intuitive and welcoming, not just functional. Loading speed and SEO are fine for now—the real issue is user experience.
Here’s what I want to focus on:
• Navigation – streamline menus, reduce clicks, surface key pages faster
• Design / Layout – refresh visuals, improve content hierarchy, ensure responsive grids
• Accessibility – meet at least WCAG 2.1 AA so every visitor can interact with the site
Primary targets are desktop and mobile. If your solution naturally covers tablets as well, great, but my priority is that the experience shines on the two devices our analytics show most often.
Deliverables
• Brief UX audit pinpointing pain-points and quick-win fixes
• Low-fidelity wireframes or mock-ups illustrating the improved flow
• Front-end implementation (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; my current stack uses Bootstrap 5 and vanilla JS)
• Accessibility report with resolved issues and testing evidence
• Cross-browser/device test summary confirming the new experience works on current Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
Acceptance criteria
• All updated pages pass Lighthouse accessibility audits (>90 score)
• Main user tasks require no more than three interactions from landing page
• Layout remains fully responsive down to 320 px width
• No new CLS or LCP regressions introduced
