Website Cross-Device Testing & QA Audit

Job ID: 40029098

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need an experienced QA tester or UX auditor to conduct a comprehensive assessment of my business website and provide a detailed report of all issues affecting user experience across different devices and screen sizes.

What I need:
A complete audit documenting how my website performs and displays across mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers at multiple resolutions. I'm preparing for a significant marketing campaign and need to identify all problems before launch. I have a developer ready to implement fixes - I need someone who excels at finding and documenting issues. My website has 36 pages.

Deliverables:
A detailed report that includes:
- Screenshots or screen recordings showing identified issues at different resolutions
- Specific problems documented for each device type (mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop)
- Multiple resolution testing (at minimum: 320px, 375px, 768px, 1024px, 1440px, and 1920px widths)
- Clear categorization of issues (layout problems, broken elements, navigation issues, performance problems, etc.)
- Prioritized recommendations for fixing each issue
- Estimated complexity/effort for each fix (quick fix vs. major rebuild)

Ideal candidate has:
- Experience in QA testing and cross-device compatibility testing
- Proficiency with testing tools (BrowserStack, Chrome DevTools, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Understanding of responsive design principles and common mobile UX issues
- Ability to communicate findings clearly for developers to implement
