User Research Moderators | VO391
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Yara aims to be the crop nutrition company for the future and is leading the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to contribute to solving global agricultural challenges. We have a worldwide presence with sales teams in ~150 countries and around 17,000 employees. Yara Farming Solutions, will lead the transformation towards more sustainable and efficient food production, by innovating our offerings and the way we work. Crop and Digital Solutions is responsible for developing and scaling new “on-farm” digital and integrated tools and solutions for an efficient and transparent food system.
Key role:
*Assist Yara’s Researcher in research execution
*Conducting user research – interviews, focus groups, usability testing, surveys
*Contacting and securing users for user interview/surveys
*Travel to users for face-to-face interviews or usability testing or surveys
*Provide summary of insights and debrief on each research session conducted
*Collaborate with UX Researchers in building the final research report
Required Profile:
*At least 3 years of experience in conducting research interviews
*At least 2 years of experience in recruiting research participants and arranging research logistics
*Must be proficient in English and the local language where they’re located in
*Ability to plan logistics that includes arranging interviews with the users
We would like to have the candidates lined up and ready to work in a week. We are looking into contacts in the region that we can reach out to when the project comes.
