Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
The single objective is clear: make every interaction with my digital product feel effortless, intuitive and enjoyable. I already have a working build; now I need a specialist who can walk through the current screens, pinpoint friction points and reshape the flow so that users reach their goals with less thought and fewer clicks.
Here is what I expect from our collaboration:
• A quick discovery call so I can share the current prototype and background metrics.
• A structured UX audit highlighting pain-points in navigation, layout hierarchy and micro-interactions.
• Actionable redesign recommendations presented as low-fidelity sketches first, then refined into high-fidelity frames (Figma or Sketch are both fine).
• Clear rationale for each change so stakeholders can see the link between a decision and the projected uplift in usability KPIs (task completion time, error rate, CSAT).
• A lightweight usability test plan—five to eight users is enough for this round—plus a summary report so we can validate the fixes before hand-off to development.
