Usability Testing for SaaS CRM
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’ve recently launched a cloud-based CRM and project-management suite and need a fresh set of eyes to evaluate how intuitive it feels for its main audience—software developers. Your mission is to walk through real-world developer workflows, stress the visual layout, and tell me where the interface delights or frustrates.
What I care about most is the overall user-interface design: spacing, hierarchy, iconography, colour choices, wording—anything that speeds up or slows down a developer who just wants to create a project, log issues, or track client conversations. While navigation flow and on-screen guidance are always welcome comments, the primary scorecard is the look-and-feel and how quickly new users “just get it.”
Deliverables (all discrete and easy to tick off):
• A concise report highlighting UI pain points and wins, ordered by severity and impact on developer productivity.
• Annotated screenshots or short Loom clips that illustrate each finding.
• Actionable recommendations I can hand straight to my front-end team.
I’ll provide full access credentials and a couple of realistic test accounts. Feel free to use any usability heuristics, browser dev-tools, or screen-recording software you prefer; just keep the feedback focused and developer-centric. Turnaround within a week would be ideal, but let me know if you need more time once you see the scope.
