Thinkific Course Final QA
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m five days away from launching my new Thinkific course and need a sharp pair of eyes to run a complete quality-assurance pass before it goes live. The curriculum, videos, and copy are locked; what I’m looking for now is confirmation that every moving part works flawlessly.
Here’s what I need you to cover:
• Verify every internal and external link functions correctly.
• Run through the entire checkout journey—coupon codes, payment gateway, post-purchase redirects, and “thank-you” pages—and flag anything that feels off.
• Follow the user path from first visit to course completion and note friction points or confusing steps.
• Trigger and inspect all native email notifications (welcome, purchase receipts, progress, completion) to be sure the right messages fire at the right time.
• If you have a straightforward way to check mobile responsiveness across common devices, let me know; I may add that to the scope.
Please deliver a concise report or spreadsheet detailing issues, suggested fixes, and any screenshots or screen-captures that illustrate the problem areas. A simple pass/fail column plus notes is perfect—I’m aiming for clarity, not a novel.
The site will be ready for testing in roughly five days, and I expect the full sweep to take an experienced Thinkific pro only a few focused hours. If you’re comfortable with live sandbox purchases, let me know your process so we can coordinate test refunds.
Looking forward to handing this final checkpoint to someone who knows the platform inside out.
