Testers from United States country + Full Website Testing (Mobile + Desktop) + Real Order + Video Recording + Bug Report
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Project Description
We are looking for international testers to perform a complete usability and functionality test of our marketplace website Elonky.com.
Testing must be done on both Desktop and Mobile, and all actions must be fully screen-recorded.
Testers will also be required to place at least one real order on the website (we will refund the test payment after the order is completed; you must inform us about the order ID).
Our goal is to see how foreign users experience the site, identify problems, and receive improvement suggestions.
What You Must Test
1. Full Screen Video Recording (Mandatory)
• Entire testing process must be recorded
• Separate recording for desktop and mobile
• Full HD screen capture
• Optional voice narration (helpful but not required)
2. Mobile + Desktop Browsing (Mandatory)
• Navigate every main page
• Explore categories, product pages, filters, search, cart, checkout
• Test navigation menus, buttons, and links
• Compare mobile & desktop usability
• Check layout responsiveness, alignment, and size issues
3. Real Order Placement (Mandatory)
• Place at least 1 real order
• Try multiple payment methods if available
• Report:
• order ID
• payment method used
• any errors, delays, failures
• After the test, the order payment will be fully refunded
• You MUST notify us immediately after placing the order
4. Bug, Error & Missing Elements Report (Mandatory)
You must report:
• Broken links
• Pages not loading
• UI/UX issues
• Buttons or filters not working
• Checkout errors
• Translation mistakes or unclear text
• Missing images or icons
• Responsive problems (mobile vs. desktop differences)
• Browser compatibility issues
Your report must be in English and can be in Word, PDF or Google Docs.
5. UX & Usability Feedback
You may comment on:
• Navigation clarity
• Visual design
• Product page usability
• Speed and performance
• Areas that feel confusing or unfinished
• User expectations vs. experience
• General improvement suggestions
6. Video + Report Deliverables
At the end of the test, you must submit:
1. Desktop test video
2. Mobile test video
3. Full bug/error list
4. Real order information (order ID + payment method)
5. UX suggestions
Notes
• Testing should simulate a “real customer experience.”
• You can include your personal suggestions and ideas for improvement (optional but appreciated).
• No partial testing — full flow is required.
• Real order payment will be refunded separately
• Bonus may be given for exceptionally detailed reports
• Clear communication skills
