I am ready to kick-off a new telecom customer-management platform and need a complete, professional-grade Software Requirements Specification that I can hand straight to designers and developers.
Here is the core of what the document must capture:
• Purpose: a customer management platform for a telecom business.
• Core modules: User Registration & Login, Account Management, and seamless Customer Support integration.
• Roles in scope: Customer, Admin, and Support Agent, each with clear permissions and workflows.
I expect the SRS to follow IEEE-830 or a similarly solid structure, including functional and non-functional requirements, detailed use-case descriptions, user stories, data models, system and sequence diagrams, interface mock-ups or wireframes where useful, and acceptance criteria for every major feature.
Please bring experience writing SRS documents for web or cloud platforms—telecom sector knowledge is a plus. If you use tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or Enterprise Architect for diagrams, mention that in your bid; the editable files should be part of the final hand-off.
