Tech User Interviews in Oman

Job ID: 40038832

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I’m preparing to roll out an updated homepage for an existing product in Oman and need first-hand insights from everyday end-users before finalising our roadmap. Your assignment is to conduct a series of 50 structured, one-on-one interviews that uncover two things: how people currently experience the current app and what they would improve about the homepage.

this needs to be done in 1 day. 50 customers ranging from young people to older people, digitally savvy and non digitally savvy. this is urgent please.

I will share a discussion guide, consent form, and screening criteria. You recruit suitable participants within Oman (expats and local omanis), run the interviews in Arabic or English as appropriate, and record each session. Once done, deliver:

• Audio or video recordings
• Clean, time-stamped transcripts in English
• A concise findings report highlighting user-experience pain points, desired features, and clear opportunity areas

Feel free to suggest local recruitment tactics or any tools you prefer for recording and transcription. A background in UX research or customer discovery is ideal, but what matters most is your ability to connect with everyday users and extract honest, actionable feedback.
