What matters most is how the store performs on three fronts: ease of navigation, the smoothness of checkout, and the overall delivery experience. While you shop, record your screen and any key interactions; once the parcel arrives, film the unboxing and note delivery speed, packaging quality, and product condition.
When you’re done, send the recordings via Google Drive and compile a concise written report summarising observations, pain points, and quick-win suggestions. Because this is time-sensitive market research, I’m aiming to review your findings as soon as the second order lands.
