Global G.L.O.W./Global Girls Glow is a 501(c)(3) organization that creates and operates innovative programs to mentor girls to advocate for themselves and make their communities stronger. We operate in vulnerable communities across 26 countries, including the United States. We partner with mission-aligned schools, community centers, and NGOs that work directly with girls through out-of-school programming to address the most critical barriers affecting girls globally across the impact areas of self-advocacy, well-being, educational engagement, economic opportunity, and community impact. As the Salesforce Consultant, you will play an integral role in the discovery and design, platform configuration (including mobile data collection tool configuration), and training/rollout of the Salesforce Grantmaking Platform at Global G.L.O.W. Primary Responsibilities Include: - Design, build, implement, and support the adoption of the Salesforce Grantmaking Platform - Ensure high-quality project implementations and system builds - Consult directly with organizational leadership to assess organizational needs and provide recommendations - Deliver training sessions with organizational staff members - Document processes, create system documentation and user guides Qualifications and Experience Essential: - 6+ years professional experience, especially in technology, the social sector or consulting - Experience with Salesforce - 2 or more Salesforce certifications - Salesforce Platform App Builder and/or Administrator Certifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - Previous people management experience - Consensus builder who is fantastic at fostering relationships, generating buy-in from multiple stakeholders for proposed solutions, and building trust - Curiosity and problem-solving skills - Strong aptitude for using technology and data - Excellent written and verbal communication and relational skills - Ability to carry tasks forward independently or ask for help along the way - Meticulousness, punctuality, and outstanding attention to detail Preferred: - Advanced degree - Previous experience with Salesforce Grantmaking Platform - Significant experience with data analysis software (Example – Power BI, Stata etc.). - Proficient in the use of G-Suite applications - Awareness of core social sector concepts such as Grant Management, Impact Measurement, Fundraising etc.
