Qualtrics Mobile-Friendly Matrix Revamp

I need a Qualtrics expert to tidy up an existing survey so it feels effortless on both desktop and, especially, mobile. The first priority is adding repeating headers to a long matrix table—every few rows the column labels should re-appear so respondents never lose context as they scroll. While you are in there, I also want the overall number of tables reduced (consolidate where sensible or convert to other question types) so the flow is shorter and lighter.
Mobile usability is key. I want smoother navigation and a layout that automatically adapts to small screens; nothing should require pinching or horizontal scrolling. Input controls can stay as they are, but the way questions stack, paginate and collapse needs refining so the survey loads quickly and remains readable on any phone.
