Optimize Detailing App Menu

Job ID: 40075449

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need an experienced UX-copy and conversion specialist to audit the service menu inside my auto-detailing booking app. Customers keep telling us the service names and descriptions—especially for interior cleaning—don’t spell out the real benefit, so they stall or exit before paying.

Here’s what I’d like you to do:

• Review every service, add-on and upsell as it appears in the current flow, from the first tap on “Book Now” through checkout.
• Flag anything that feels vague, redundant or jargon-heavy and call out wording that hides the value of a package.
• Benchmark the way we present pricing tiers, bundles and add-ons and pinpoint friction points that might be hurting conversion.

Deliverables: a concise report (PDF or Google Doc) that (1) highlights problem areas with screenshots, (2) supplies revised copy for each unclear item, (3) recommends layout or hierarchy tweaks to make the upsells feel natural, and (4) prioritises fixes so my dev team can implement quickly. Wireframe snippets in Figma, Sketch or similar are a bonus if they help illustrate layout changes.

Success for me is higher booking completion, clearer interior cleaning descriptions, and a menu customers understand at a glance. If you have a track record in app funnel optimisation or e-commerce copywriting, let’s get started.
