Mobile App UX Navigation Redesign
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Our current mobile app has solid functionality but its screen flow feels disjointed and the layout no longer meets modern UX expectations. My goal is to streamline navigation and create an intuitive structure that lets users reach key features in fewer taps while enjoying a clean, visually consistent interface.
Scope of work
• Audit the existing app, mapping every primary and secondary user journey and noting pain-points in navigation hierarchy, labels, and layout consistency.
• Propose a revised information architecture that simplifies paths to core tasks.
• Produce low-fidelity wireframes to validate the new screen flow, then refine them into high-fidelity mock-ups or an interactive prototype (Figma or Sketch preferred).
• Supply a brief style guide covering spacing, typography, icon placement, and reusable components so future updates remain cohesive.
• Hand over all editable design files plus a short rationale explaining major decisions.
Success looks like a navigation scheme that feels effortless on both iOS and Android, with clearer way-finding cues and a layout that adapts smoothly to common screen sizes. If you have a track record of mobile UX improvements focused on navigation and layout, I look forward to seeing how you would elevate the experience.
