We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to thoroughly test our Product Master website and provide actionable suggestions to improve user experience, usability, engagement, and overall product quality.
Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end manual testing of website features across desktop and mobile devices.
Test user flows including product discovery, reviews, comparisons, discussions, deals, coupons, search, and navigation.
Identify and report bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual results.
Verify UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and design quality.
Test website performance from a user perspective and identify friction points.
Review content readability, information architecture, and feature discoverability.
Provide improvement suggestions to increase:
User engagement and retention
Ease of navigation
Conversion and affiliate clicks
Community participation
Product review readability
Mobile user experience
Suggest new features, gamification ideas, and usability enhancements based on competitor analysis and best practices.
Create structured test reports and prioritized recommendations.
Required Skills
Strong experience in manual website testing.
Ability to identify usability and UX issues.
Experience testing responsive web applications.
Excellent bug reporting and documentation skills.
Understanding of user behavior, engagement, and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with e-commerce, product discovery, review platforms, deal websites, or community platforms is a plus.
