About the Role:
We are looking for individuals based in India who actively use UPI-based payment apps such as Paytm, Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, BHIM, or Amazon Pay. The selected candidates will help us test, review, or provide feedback on digital payment experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Use and evaluate various UPI-enabled mobile apps (Paytm, GPay, PhonePe, etc.).
- Perform test transactions or walkthroughs as instructed.
- Share feedback on user experience, transaction flow, and app usability.
- Report bugs, errors, or inconsistencies in app functionality.
- Participate in short interviews or surveys about digital payment habits.
Requirements:
- Must be based in India with access to an active UPI ID (linked to any bank).
- Regular user of at least one major UPI app (Paytm, GPay, PhonePe, etc.).
- Owns a smartphone with internet access.
- Comfortable performing small test transactions (you will be reimbursed).
- Ability to communicate clearly in English or Hindi.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in QA testing, UX feedback, or market research.
- Familiarity with multiple UPI apps.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay or per-task rate.
