Interactive Website UX Upgrade
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our website serves its purpose, yet it still feels static, and it’s time to change that. The main objective of this project is to enhance the user experience by making the site far more interactive. I’m specifically aiming for features such as dynamic content sections, subtle micro-animations that guide attention, and lightweight in-page elements (think accordions, sliders or small progress indicators) that keep visitors engaged without slowing anything down.
Here is how I picture the engagement:
• Audit & concept: You will review the current front-end and suggest quick-win interaction points—places where animation, hover states, or inline transitions can create an immediate uplift.
• Prototype: Once we agree on the concepts, you’ll build a working prototype. I’m comfortable with standard front-end stacks—HTML5, CSS3, vanilla JavaScript or a framework like React/Vue if it clearly benefits performance.
• Implementation: After sign-off, the approved interactions are integrated into the live codebase with clean, well-commented commits so future updates remain painless.
• Testing & polish: Cross-browser QA (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, mobile) is non-negotiable. I’ll need evidence—screenshots or a brief Loom clip—demonstrating every new interaction behaves consistently.
Acceptance criteria
– Each agreed-upon interaction loads in under 100 ms and does not increase page weight by more than 5 %.
– No Core Web Vitals metric should regress.
– All new code is pushed via Git with clear commit messages.
