Insurance Website Merger & UX

Job ID: 40316416

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I run two separate sites—one for health insurance and another for property & casualty—and it’s time they felt like a single, modern platform. The mission is simple: deliver a unified user experience so visitors can glide from a health plan to a homeowners quote without ever feeling they’ve switched websites.

What matters most: easy navigation, a design that stays visually consistent on every page, and lightning-fast access to policy details and downloadable documents. Those documents are the star content, so their pages must load quickly, be grouped logically, and remain searchable.

You’ll handle:

• Migrating and blending all existing content, menus, media, and policy PDFs
• Creating a shared design system—colors, typography, components—to keep every section visually in sync
• Re-architecting navigation so any product is reachable in two clicks or less
• Preserving SEO through proper redirects and link auditing
• Launch support and quick fixes identified during a short user-testing round

I’ll provide full access to both codebases, brand assets, and all policy documents. A successful hand-off means no broken links, a Lighthouse performance score of 85+ on core pages, and smooth, consistent journeys for every visitor. If you’ve merged multi-line insurance sites or similarly compliance-heavy platforms before, include a brief note and one live example.
