Hybrid LMS App for Healthcare

I need a complete hybrid mobile learning platform—Android and iOS—that turns six levels of my current PowerPoint-based medical training into short, engaging micro-learning experiences. Instead of showing slides, each deck has to be re-imagined as interactive HTML5 lessons of about five to seven minutes, each ending with a brief quiz. Learners should unlock levels sequentially, with their scores and time-on-task stored securely so I can view individual and aggregate progress from a dashboard that is audit-ready for compliance reviews.

Because I do not yet have wireframes or polished screens, I’ll rely on you to guide the UX and visual design as well as the technical build. The system must handle secure log-in, multiple user roles (learner, trainer, admin), and let me push new or revised content through an online admin panel without forcing app re-installs.

Key outcomes I’m expecting:
• Hybrid app (single codebase) published to Google Play and the App Store
• Web-based admin panel that lets me upload or edit modules, set quizzes, and pull detailed reports
• Backend API and database with audit trails for every user action
• Clean, intuitive UI/UX designed from scratch and approved before development
• Milestone plan covering design, module conversion, core features, testing, and store launch
