AI Fraud Detection Testing
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I have just integrated Verisoul’s fraud-detection AI into my site and I need fresh eyes to make sure everything works as intended. Your task is to run through the full verification flow, deliberately push its limits, and tell me where it shines or stumbles.
Focus areas
• Accuracy of results – does the system correctly accept or reject each identity you present?
• Overall user experience – is the process clear, intuitive, and free of dead ends?
• Speed and performance – how long do screens load, and are there any noticeable lags?
What you’ll interact with
Only the fraud-detection module is in scope. No other parts of the site need review right now.
ID documents required for the test
You’ll need to submit at least one of each of the following: Driver's License, Passport, and National ID card. These can be your actual documents or high-quality test samples; just let me know which you use so I can interpret results correctly. All data stays within the environment and is deleted once the round is complete.
Deliverables
1. A concise report detailing every step taken, the outcome you observed, and any discrepancies from the expected behaviour.
2. Screenshots or screen recordings illustrating issues, slowdowns, or confusing moments.
3. Timestamped notes on processing speed (e.g., how many seconds each phase takes).
I’ll consider the job done when the report covers each document type, highlights any false positives/negatives, and confirms the overall UX and performance metrics. Looking forward to your findings so I can polish the system before launch.
