Follow The Money

We are trying to prove that an opportunity that should have been owned by an estate was stolen by an executor. The executor instead of the estate became an owner in an entity that was sold for a large profit.The proceeds from that sale were used to invest in another company that was sold for a much larger profit. We want to prove the profits from both sales should inure to the estate meaning the executor should be forced to make the estate whole.
