About the Role
Our company is launching a special pilot project to improve the user experience on our platform — especially from the female perspective. We’re looking for female-identifying individuals who can use the site like regular users and share real, honest feedback based on their interactions.
As a Video Chat Community Agent, you’ll be connecting with people via webcam, observing behavior and conversation flow, and submitting weekly insights that help us make the platform more welcoming, safer, and enjoyable for everyone.
This is a gig-style role, ideal for someone who enjoys remote work, uses social or chat platforms regularly, and wants to contribute to a meaningful community-focused project.
What You'll Do
Use the platform as a regular video chat user
Engage naturally in conversations and observe how people behave/interact
Provide a brief daily check-in (touch base to confirm you’re active that day)
Submit one weekly report summarizing your key experiences and observations (template provided)
Optionally join public chat groups or Discord communities to participate and observe
Help us better understand the female user experience — from common issues to positive engagement moments
What We're Looking For
Female-identifying
Fluent in English and familiar with U.S. culture
Reliable internet connection and webcam
Comfortable using video chat with strangers
Observant, articulate, and consistent with follow-ups
Able to contribute several hours per week, with schedule flexibility
Compensation
Gig-style compensation based on your active participation and contribution
Not paid per session or per report — rather, paid based on overall involvement and the quality of insights shared
This is a pilot project with a modest monthly budget, best suited for individuals who enjoy online interaction and want to help improve digital communities
Work from home, flexible hours
