I’m looking for a fresh set of eyes to walk through every key journey on my site and tell me, from a real-user perspective, where the experience shines and where it stumbles. Your focus will be user experience, and I’d like that insight across desktop, tablet, and mobile views so I know exactly how visitors feel regardless of the screen they’re on.

You’ll click through products, forms, menus—anything a typical visitor might touch—then capture what’s confusing, slow, or inconsistent. If you notice deeper functionality or security issues along the way, flag them too; I may open a follow-up project based on your findings.

Deliverables
• A concise report listing each issue, its location, and a clear severity or priority rating
• Screenshots or short clips that illustrate the problem
• Practical, actionable suggestions for improving the flow and usability
