E-Commerce User Experience (UX) Tester for Etsy Store
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
USA ONLY: We’re seeking participants to help us evaluate the real-world shopping experience of our Etsy store. The goal is to collect authentic feedback on the checkout flow, shipping experience, and overall usability. As part of this project, you'll go through a normal purchase process on Etsy (product price range: $10–$20).
You’ll then answer a few short questions about: Checkout and payment experience (any errors or slow steps?) Perception of shipping options and costs How intuitive the product listing and storefront layout felt
Any issues or areas for improvement Important: You will be fully reimbursed for the purchase through your contract payment on Upwork, plus receive an additional $10 for your time and feedback. Estimated time: ~15 minutes total This task may be repeated once a week for up to 4 weeks. Your feedback will directly help us improve the Etsy buying experience.
