Ho Chi Minh UX Website Test (Vietnamese speakers only)

Job ID: 40527829

Budget: $3 – $5 NZD

Hi there,
I have a newly built e-commerce site aimed at buyers in Ho Chi Minh City and I need feedback from someone who actually lives there and speaks Vietnamese natively. You will walk through a short, pre-written scenario on both a desktop (or laptop) and your smartphone, paying close attention to how easy it is to find your way around, whether the Vietnamese content feels right, and how quickly each page loads. The key paths are the homepage, a selection of product pages and the full checkout flow.

During the test the script will ask you to place five quick phone calls to the customer-service number shown on the site so we can confirm the line works and note response times. Everything you observe should be written up in English.

Deliverables
• A concise English report following the template I provide, including any screenshots or screen-record videos that illustrate issues
• A brief note on each phone call

Acceptance criteria
• All steps in the scenario completed from Ho Chi Minh City
• Findings organised under usability & navigation, content relevance and performance
• Report submitted within one hour of starting the task

The entire exercise should take no more than an hour. Let me know your earliest availability today or tomorrow so we can move quickly.
