Goal
Provide a rapid UX audit and actionable recommendations to polish the MVP into a smoother, higher-quality product without major code disruption.
Scope
• Heuristic Review of 5–7 key screens (Material Design + accessibility basics)
• Flow Audit: onboarding → main task → completion
• Recommendations:
o Navigation clarity
o Microcopy fixes
o Loading/error states
• Visual Consistency Check:
o Typography, spacing, icon alignment (suggestions)
o SVG → VectorDrawable conversion strategy – very important
• Accessibility Basics: touch targets, color contrast – VERY IMPORTANT
Deliverables (Within 24 - 48 Hours)
1. Executive Summary (1 page)
o Top 5 quick wins (low effort, high impact)
2. Annotated Screenshots (PDF)
o Highlight issues + suggested fixes
3. Implementation Notes (Markdown)
o Simple steps for dev team (tokens, wrappers, SVG handling)
4. Priority Issue List (CSV)
o Title, severity, effort estimate
