App Interactive UX Enhancement
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I already have a solid, fully-working app, yet usage data shows people drop off sooner than I’d like. The visuals are fine; what’s missing is that extra layer of delight that keeps users tapping. My priority is to enrich the user experience by rethinking and adding interactive elements.
Here’s the flow I have in mind.
First, you’ll review the current build and pinpoint the moments that feel static or unhelpful. From there we can agree on a short list of touchpoints—perhaps the action buttons, progress screens, or in-app alerts—that would benefit most from livelier interactions. Once we’re aligned, I’d like working prototypes that show exactly how the new micro-interactions, subtle animations, or light gamification hooks should feel. When approved, those interactions need to be implemented in the existing codebase, integrated cleanly with analytics so we can measure lift in engagement, and tested across the latest iOS and Android versions.
Deliverables (all discrete and specific):
• Interaction audit summary with screenshots and notes
• Clickable or coded prototypes of proposed improvements
• Production-ready code merged into the main branch
• Short hand-off document outlining what changed, where to tweak values, and how to track engagement metrics
Acceptance criteria:
1. No regressions in performance or accessibility compared with the current build
2. New interactions respond within 100 ms of user input
3. All builds pass the existing automated test suite
4. A/B tracking hooks fire correctly so we can validate impact
I’ll provide repository access, design assets, and usage analytics. Let’s add the spark that keeps users coming back.
