Android Strategy Game UX Boost

Job ID: 40509882

Budget: €50 – €500 EUR

I’m refining an Android/Web strategy management sport game that’s already playable, but its first-time user experience and long-term engagement need a serious lift. Your task is to give me hints abount the UX so players understand the core loop quickly, feel rewarded early, and keep coming back day after day.

What I already have
• A functional build on Google Play (test APK will be shared) and a web version
• Basic flows for tutorial, lobby, battle, and rewards
• Analytics showing drop-off after the first 7 minutes and retention dipping below 20 % D1

What I need from you
• A concise audit pinpointing friction points during onboarding and mid-session moments
• Fresh interaction patterns and screen layouts that make the core mechanics intuitive while amplifying user engagement elements such as daily rewards, social hooks, and progression milestones
• Visual tweaks that stay true to the current art direction yet modernise the overall feel
• Clear guidance on micro-copy and subtle animations that can nudge players forward

Acceptance criteria
• Recommendations directly map to boosting first-session completion rate and D1 retention (benchmarks defined in the kickoff)

If this sounds like the kind of challenge you can tackle confidently, I’ll share the latest build and data so you can dive straight in.
