user acceptance testing

Hello, I have to conduct my first UAT session and needed some help in putting a process together, creating documentation to capture user feedback. I do have a user guide provided by our vendor who built the platform. The platform is supposed to house a set of house plans which can be retrieved on pdf's by defining various filters. Please let me know if you can help, mostly I'd require help with setting up the process/Structure and docs for capturing user feedback. I can send you the user guide as well. The platform itself is not that lengthy and doesn't possess too much functionality.
