UX (E-shop developer + Graphic designer) Frontend and Backend Development - Magento or Custom CMS (PHP)

We need 2 specialists:
- E-shop deweloper
- Graphic designer

We’re looking for a Full Stack server-side A/B testing specialists for B2C e-commerce (e-shops), to create a remote working team.

I represent the marketing agency ForPage of which I’m the CEO and owner since 2014.

1-2 clients for a start (more clients after the evaluaton period).
They generate around 80 000 unique users on average, per month, each.

The graphics and coding will be about:
- Changing the checkout process, the place of specific elements in the cart, product page, product listing and homepage
- Reducing loading time
- Cross-selling and up-selling implementation
- Implementing scripts, logics
- … and more

E-shop engines our clients use:
- Magento 2
- Custom CMS (PHP)
- PrestaShop
- Wordpress WooCommerce
- Shoper
- IAI Shop (Idosell)
- Shoplo

You’ll start with the Magento 2 and Custom CMS (PHP).

Tools to be used (one of them) for A/B Testing:
- Optimizely
- VWO
- SiteSpect
- …or other you’ll recommend

Only long-term cooperation, min. 12 months for different business assumptions.

Very good english or polish language skills needed.
