UX/UI responsive calendar designed with style guild

I would like a quotation for UX/UI diary page designed with style guide - details below;

Functionality

- Page and modal designed

- Design guide given when complete to hand over to a frontend developer

- Responsive monthly grid view

- Stacked tasks per day with different colours for types of tasks / ordering by time of task

- To create a task use a modal to display for the user to add task details

- To edit a diary entry display within a modal with the same format as new diary entry

- A display/list separate to the monthly grid showing tasks which are outstanding (i.e. past their completion date) - Maybe 75/27 or 80/20.

- Fields : Selectbox (3), textarea (1), datetime picker (1)

- Area within the modal to display the displays about the task

-- Customer / Business contact details i.e. phone number and email address

-- Product description

- Design mock up’s before confirming and going forward
