I need a software engineer

I need a software engineer to first create a low-fidelity prototype for me and then an app. It is for my Master's thesis final project and it's for stress and anxiety management in Indian working-class women. But I study at a Canadian university. Currently, I am interviewing Indian women and doing thematic analysis on nVivo, and after which I need a prototype based on their needs for a survey and then a functional app with the source code.
