As a UX Designer, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional user experiences, translating requirements and ideas into innovative design solutions that enhance our product's functionality and usability.
Responsibilities:
- Translating ideas and concepts into intuitive and modern design, contributing to the overall strategy and decision-making about product direction, design system, and design language.
- Translate ideas into product features and design solutions. Assess feasibility and iterate based on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with product manager to take features and ideas from concept to launch.
- Collaborate and work closely with the development team to understand business goals, user needs, and to ensure the implementation of design solutions that meet user experience objectives.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs that align with the product vision and brand guidelines.
The successful candidate needs to have:
- Proven design experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX, product, and UI design skills.
- Expert-level skills in Figma
- Strong ability to create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to demonstrate design solutions
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Knowledge of React and familiarity with design packages from React libraries
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with legal tech and GRC solutions is a plus.
