Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI + WordPress Developer to revamp our existing membership/community website. The current site is built with Aardvark + WPBakery, and we want to migrate to a modern, fast, conversion‑optimized design using Elementor.
The project includes:
- Full redesign of the homepage
- Redesign of ~8 inner pages
- Theme migration (Elementor‑compatible theme)
- UX improvements to increase conversions and user engagement
- Figma design approval before development
- SEO and speed optimization
- Ensuring full compatibility with our existing plugins
Tech Stack & Plugins Used
- Your work must integrate seamlessly with:
- Youzify (community profiles, activity, social features)
- Paid Memberships Pro (subscriptions & access control)
- WooCommerce
- Rank Math (SEO)
- WP Adverts (classified ads)
- BuddyPress (core social features)
Experience with these plugins is a big plus.
What We Need
1. UX/UI Redesign
Create a modern, clean, high‑conversion design
Improve user flow for sign‑up, login, membership purchase, and community engagement
Deliver Figma mockups for approval before development
Ensure mobile‑first, responsive design
2. WordPress Development
Migrate from WPBakery to Elementor
Implement the approved Figma designs
Configure a new lightweight theme (Reign, BuddyX, Astra, or similar)
Ensure full compatibility with Youzify + PMPro + WooCommerce
Rebuild ~9 inner pages (About, Pricing, Dashboard, Community, etc.)
3. Performance & SEO
Optimize Core Web Vitals
Improve loading speed (caching, minification, image optimization)
Ensure Rank Math settings remain intact
Maintain all existing URLs to avoid SEO loss
Clean, semantic HTML structure
4. Quality & Testing
Cross‑browser and mobile testing
Ensure no data loss during theme migration
Smooth transition to production environment
Requirements
Proven experience with Elementor and modern WordPress builds
Strong UX/UI background (Figma required)
Experience with membership/community sites
Familiarity with Youzify, BuddyPress, PMPro, WooCommerce
Ability to optimize for speed and SEO
Good communication and ability to propose UX improvements
