Wizard UX for a home page

Hi there awesome UI/UX designers,

We have a property-related platform called: https://www.propertymates.io/

We want to implement a wizard on the home page where there shouldn't be more than 5 steps and the user must not feel it's lengthy. The total steps are close to 8-9.

Please note: This is a small wizard to be put below Hero banner and NOT a full change of a home page.

We are looking for a good wizard UX which gives:

This gives users a comfortable feeling that it won't take more than 3–4 minutes to complete the wizard.
The wizard is free to use; there is no obligation to sign up or pay.
The user gets the feeling that he/she will definitely get a solution to their query—no matter what the query is (it is a property buying journey).
Below is a very high-level list of steps we want to achieve. The user's journey will be split into two, i.e., buyer and seller;

Buyer journey

Step 1: Light note, make the user feel comfortable and give the impression that this wizard will definitely help the user.
Step 2: Asking their situation -Buyer/seller
Step 3: Asking their budget, location, and some fun facts about the location
Step 4: Buyers' Agent
Step 5 Mortgage Broker
Step 6 The buyer's profile and details of the user will popup automatically from step 1. I asked the user to put their buyer's profile.
Step 7 Lawyers
Step 8 Summary
