Wireframing/UI/UX for Sports Networking Platform

Need a very high level look/feel of how the Sports Networking Platform as per the below requirement will look like

Objective
The website will provide a common platform for Sports Professionals, Organisations and Companies to connect and reach out to wider audience around the globe. Sports Professional can also use this platform to connect to professionals from other areas (Countries, State, Regions etc) and coaches etc can also look for the opportunities available.
It will also provide an option for the sponsorship for the players where Players/Coaches/Clubs looking for sponsorship can also post their ads and at the same time, companies/organisations offering sponsorship can also post their ads.
Platform will also be used to raise funds if a players/club etc. is looking for funds.
Also, organisations and companies can advertise their Campaigns, deals and promotions. It will be useful for players from different regions, states, countries to connect and see the seasons records and also have link to the performances from actual games.
It will also provide an opportunity for players to play their games in other state/country during off season to boost their career further.
I am looking to have this project in Iterations and over a number of weeks. I would first like to do a soft launch with some basic features first, followed up with some advanced features and more areas.
There are different milestones I am looking to achieve and there would be progressive payments.
Milestone 1- Create a portal where players/coaches and organisations/stockists can register and connect to each other
Milestone 2- Players/Coaches able to send invites to their network via gmail/yahoo contacts also+Plus soft launch (beta version)
Milestone 3- Players coaches can upload their videos/stats/or share a link
Milestone 4- Organisations/Stockists/Sponsors can advertise and players/users accessing in a particular location should be able to see the ads etc based on their location first
Milestone 5- Ability to chat/call each other as a group
Milestone 6- Users (Coaches/Players/Companies etc.) should be able to upgrade to premium memberships
