Website UX Overhaul
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am looking for an experienced Wix/Wix Studio designer to completely redesign and optimise my barbershop website from top to bottom.
This is NOT just a visual redesign. I want the entire customer journey, booking flow, service structure, online shop, product pages, mobile experience and overall user experience reviewed and improved.
The website is for an established London barbershop with an existing customer base, products, reviews and booking system already in place.
Scope of work:
* Full Wix website redesign
* Premium modern luxury barbershop appearance
* Mobile-first optimisation
* Improve loading speed
* Simplify navigation
* Restructure services to reduce customer confusion
* Improve booking flow and conversion rate
* Create upsell/add-on opportunities
* Improve service descriptions
* Improve product pages and product photography presentation
* Organise online shop correctly
* Improve homepage layout
* Improve staff profile pages
* Improve SEO
* Improve customer journey from homepage to booking/payment
* Ongoing revisions and improvements until complete
I will provide:
* Existing website
* Shop photographs
* Product photographs
* Branding and logo
* Service list
* Ideas and direction
Requirements:
* Strong Wix or Wix Studio experience
* UX/UI design experience
* E-commerce experience
* Understanding of conversion optimisation
* Good communication
* Ability to make recommendations rather than simply follow instructions
IMPORTANT:
I am looking for quality work, not the cheapest quote.
Payment will only be released once all agreed work is completed and I am fully satisfied with the final result.
Please provide examples of similar Wix websites you have completed, especially barber, salon, grooming, beauty or local service businesses.

I built the current website myself from scratch, so I am already familiar with Wix and can make normal edits, add services, upload products, change text, images and layouts.
Therefore, I am not looking for someone who can simply do basic Wix work.
